Retreat Cancelation Policy

If border closure due to COVID-19 happens, the amount paid so far will be transferrable to another experience hosted by Shesuz, LLC. Any amount paid is non-refundable to another service by Shesuz, LLC. Shesuz, LLC is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or damages to property which occur during a retreat. We recommend that the guests have travel insurance for your trip. Shesuz, LLC is not liable for any travelling delay, mishaps, strikes, lost baggage or injuries or damages of any kind. Insurances and COVID-19 testing (if needed) are not included in the price.
